Does anyone else suffer from flaky nails? I was wondering if anyone had any advice? I probably think it’s poor diet, since my hair is kind of dry as well, but as I’ve started a diet change, I was wondering if there’s anything else I can do?
Dark veg? it might be best to see if your GP going do a vitamin test on you because often different people have problems digesting or taking in levels of different vits because we are all different. My mum takes magnesium for nails and has had to up her calcium intake because she doesn’t eat many calcium containing foods! (She doesn’t drink cows milk, just soya). Omega 3 and fish oils? Dry hair might be an indicator of that x
